The psychology internship match is a major career milestone. Even the most accomplished students encounter questions and challenges during this process. With the right timing, guidance, and support, these challenges can become invaluable opportunities for growth.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve reviewed more than 2,000 psychology internship applications, so I know what makes an application successful and authentic. I created this workshop series and began offering tailored consultation to individual students, programs, and labs because it’s the resource I wish I’d had—and because so many students and faculty come to me with similar questions.
My workshops and coaching are designed to clarify your application roadmap, sharpen your written materials, and build practical interview skills so you can avoid common pitfalls and approach the match with confidence and clarity. Active participation in live sessions is strongly encouraged, and each one includes dedicated time for Q&A so you can get your specific questions answered.
